Inlet grill cleaner (A machine to remove leaves etc.)
A grid or grating is a usual way of maintaining water purity on fish farms.
If automated it becomes highly efficient at collecting leaves, branches, weed, rubbish etc. without employment of personnel or many hours of work. The “Finger” type has steel fingers running between the grid bars which lift the collected detritus into a tray.
The hydraulic brush system sweeps the detritus into the tray. The tray can have two optional systems fitted. One option is to have a conveyor that emits the tray into a dumping container or area.
The second option is a flushing system that flushes the tray and delivers the detritus into the source river lower down stream from the water inlet. All these systems are electronically controlled to operate at time intervals and/or to the owner’s choice.
