Our graders stand out because they have rollers of 3 m length which gives much greater precision in grading. Roller alignment within hundredths parts of 1 mm further enhance the precision of the grade function.
The number of grading lines is normally 4, 6 or 8 and is according to customer’s capacity demand.
The rigid underframe and chassis are custom-built according to location, discharge and function demands of the customer. Bearings are durable, have very low wear, are self-lubricating, of bronze type or special PE bushings – essential for a no maintenance situation, have long term reliability and accuracy.
An optional fitting is an “anti fish pile-up” device that ensures “fish by fish” grading and no piling up. Normal machine capacities are from 4,5 to 10 tons per hour, dependent on fish size and line numbers chosen. The drive requires 0,25 kW. For fingerlings of 0 to 180 grams a specific model is available. Belt graders can also be supplied as it is necessary for Tilapia and seabass particularly, but are excellent on trout and salmon as well.
